We want you to be able to exchange your item for something that you will really want or return the item for a full refund.
From the date you receive the package, you have 30 days to return the unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase, back to us. Please email us at info@bellamaven.com with specific information about the item you want to return (style no., brand, product name, etc.). As soon as your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receiving the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved, your new order will be shipped at no additional cost.
There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate you should you need to make any changes.
