returns & exchanges
At Bella Maven, we offer you unique and distinctive products that we hope you will love as much as we do for their value and quality. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@bellamaven.com and we will be happy to take care of you. We want you to be able to exchange your item for something that you will really want or return the item for a full refund.

From the date you receive the package, you have 30 days to return the unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase, back to us. Please send your returns or exchanges to the following address: Bella Maven Customer Service, 2777 Alton Parkway #321, Irvine, CA 92606. Please email us at info@bellamaven.com with specific information about the item you want to return (style no., brand, product name, etc.). As soon as your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges, typically within 48 hours of receiving the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved, your new order will be shipped at no additional cost.

There are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate you should you need to make any changes. Please contact customer service at customerservice@bellamaven.com within 24 hours from the date of your order.
